We are a small, homely Bed & Breakfast provider with 3 first floor rooms. All housekeeping, breakfast and room preparation is done by yours truly. Having spent time in a lot of hospitality rooms, we decided that we would like to enter this trade and give people what they needed for their stay to make it feel like a home from home, so we took out the stuffiness and the regimented times, relaxed the atmosphere and put in a few extras, not always seen in the smaller Bed & Breakfast accommodations. Our guests so far have had the "WOW" factor when they see        their room for the nights that they stay with us, and all

have said how comfy the beds are and how great the

showers are  !!

and South shores, take a walk or check out our

personally chosen favourites of dining and time out ! 

We have done some of the work for you, and put it into a

nice easy to read book, we also regularly check out the 

many local eateries and visitor attractions, so can always

give you suggestions based on your personal taste.

We moved from the Midlands for a different and better way of life in March 2020 and as soon as we explored the areas in and around Bridlington, just fell in love with the lovely seaside town that it is. We have also opened a small micropub in the town centre, and the support is just amazing, with locals and visitors mixing regularly. It is sometimes difficult to tell them apart, such is the camaraderie between all who visit our small bar.

All our guests are invited to have a FREE drink if they visit us at the Micropub. We sell Real Ales, Real Ciders, Freedom Keg Lager, Gins, Wines, Soft drinks, tea and coffee. Home made sausage rolls, Pie & Peas and Home made Ginger Parkin freshly made most days.

Our B & B is ideally situated for Bridlington Spa, Harbour, train station AND town centre.

If travelling by train or public transport, you may check your bags in early in the event that your room isn't ready for you and/or collect luggage after enjoying the last moments of your stay in Bridlington. Contact us for details and let us know how we may help you.

My breakfast items can be tailored to your liking. Whether it be your full English breakfast after a choice of cereals, toast marmalade/jams, or if you can't manage such a big meal, maybe porridge or poached eggs on toast? We can cater for Vegetarian and Vegan diets as standard as well as meat eaters. All we need to know from you is what type of substitute you prefer for milk. Be it Soya, Almond, or Oat - we will put some to chill in your room fridge !  As you are on holiday, I start the day that little bit later at 9.30 for breakfast following feedback from other guests, not eager to have the "early bird" breakfast time! If you have a train or boat trip to catch, we can bring the timing forward to suit your requirements if and where possible.

Should you be celebrating a special event whilst here, we welcome requests for "something special" to be in your room on arrival. Contact us to discuss any requirements or any special dietary needs. Evening Meals can be provided if required, please ask at time of booking or when you arrive to stay with us.

During warmer Spring and Summer months, Rattan seating area outside at rear with lighting, a change of scenery from your room and some fresh air to relax and chill with a drink or good book - maybe a chat with other guests if you wish. 

Smoking is only permitted outside the back area of the property and carries a penalty if found to be smoking in non designated areas - Access to the smoking area is not available during breakfast service times of 8.30am - 10.00am (as access is at present through the double doors in kitchen)or after 10.00pm (to respect our neighbours)
